You keep every right you already had in the photos you convert. No licence over your images is claimed or required, because the images are never received in the first place.

Convert images you own or are permitted to convert. Do not attempt to disrupt the service or use it to process material you have no right to handle.

The tool is offered as is. Image conversion depends on your browser and device, and very large files or batches may fail where memory is limited. Keep your original files until you have checked the converted copies. We are not liable for lost or damaged images, so treat conversion as producing a copy rather than replacing an original.

The service may change or become unavailable at any time without notice. Since conversion happens on your device, a page you have already loaded will keep working until you close it.
